By accessing or using Manques, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough under the laws of your location to consent to digital services. If you use Manques on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when creating or maintaining an account, and for keeping your credentials secure.

• You may not share, sell, rent, or transfer your account to another person without our permission.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account unless caused by our own misconduct.
• You must promptly notify us if you believe your account, password, or device has been compromised.
• We may suspend access or require additional verification if we detect suspicious activity or a security risk.

Manques is a social product designed to help people stay connected across distance. Features may include profiles, posts, follows, friends, messaging, voice messages, notifications, moderation tools, and Daily Moment experiences.

We may add, remove, modify, delay, or discontinue features at any time. Some parts of the service may be in testing, limited release, or not available in every country, device, or app version.

You retain ownership of the content you submit to Manques. However, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, adapt, transmit, and display that content solely as needed to operate, secure, improve, and provide the service.

You are responsible for the content you upload, share, message, or otherwise make available. You confirm that you have all rights, permissions, and consents needed for that content, including for media, music metadata, tagged people, location information, and any personal data of others that you choose to share.

Deleting content or closing your account may not immediately remove all copies from backups, caches, moderation records, or systems that need to retain the information for legal or safety reasons.

You agree not to misuse Manques or help anyone else do so.

• Do not violate any law, regulation, or third-party right.
• Do not harass, threaten, stalk, exploit, impersonate, or abuse other users.
• Do not upload or transmit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful, or sexually exploitative content.
• Do not publish another person's private or confidential information without permission.
• Do not spam, scrape, probe, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service or its security measures.
• Do not use bots or automation to create accounts, send messages, manipulate engagement, or bypass limits.
• Do not attempt to access data, accounts, or systems that you are not authorized to access.

We may review reports, investigate abuse, remove content, limit visibility, block access to features, suspend accounts, or terminate access when we believe it is necessary to protect users, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.

Our moderation decisions may be based on automated signals, human review, user reports, or a combination of those methods. We are not obligated to monitor every interaction, and we do not guarantee that all content or conduct will be reviewed or removed.

Your use of Manques is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share information. By using the service, you agree that we may send you service-related emails, security notices, and product communications, including push notifications where permitted by your settings.

You can opt out of non-essential notifications through the product where available or through your device settings, but some administrative or security messages are necessary for the service to function safely.

The Manques service, including our software, design, branding, text, graphics, interfaces, and other materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly allowed by these Terms or applicable law, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the service.

If you send us feedback or suggestions, you agree that we may use them without restriction or compensation.

Manques is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, permanent availability of any feature, or that content will always remain available.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of Manques. If applicable law does not allow a full limitation, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by that law.

You may stop using Manques at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for other users, exposed us to legal liability, or if we need to discontinue the service or part of it.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we may provide notice through the service, by email, or by another reasonable method. Continued use of Manques after the updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
